Property Preparations offer a service we believe is unique to us. As previous Landlords with experience of buying and selling, Property Preparations was formed to provide a service to vendors and landlords desiring a better return on their properties.

We mainly work via recommendations of independent Estate and Letting Agents, as from personal experience we believe they provide a more personal tailored service, which compliments our ethos.

Aimed largely at first-time landlords but, potentially, just as relevant to any landlord who does not want to undertake the work themselves, or deal with multiple contractors, We provide a full and inclusive service under one roof.

It may be that you are unsure whether or not your property requires extra work - whether minor cosmetic or major refurbishment - to increase its appeal to tenants and buyers and to maximize your financial return. We can help you prepare your property to its full potential with the aim to increase it’s desirability and marketability.
